John Henry Dryden

Here you will find the Short Poem O Souls, In Whom No Heavenly Fire of poet John Henry Dryden

O Souls, In Whom No Heavenly Fire

O souls, in whom no heavenly fire is found,
Fat minds, and ever grovelling on the ground!
We bring our manners to the blest abodes,
And think what pleases us must please the Gods.
